Nan a short Art of Food Presentation training program by Nan DASTA Area 6 and a group of professional chiefs aimed to develop local chiefs’ skills and local food quality. The participants are 4 focused groups which are from Nai wiang, Donmoon, Bosuak, and Nasao community. This project aimed to support chiefs from agricultural villages in the focused groups to participate in the short training course for their creative skills improvement including food design, plating composition, Story Telling, and social media marketing. The expected result is a higher standard in creative tourism service as Gastronomy can also be developed as an alternative choice for tourists during low season.
