ณัฏฐ์กร มิใช่เพียงช่างฝีมือผู้ชำนาญด้านงานศิลปะหัตถกรรม หากแต่เป็นนักพัฒนา ผู้มีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล มุ่งมั่นที่จะเป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนเล็กๆ ที่จะยกระดับงานหัตถกรรมและศิลปะพื้นบ้านของน่านให้ก้าวไกล ทันยุคสมัย แต่ยังคงไว้ซึ่งเอกลักษณ์และคุณค่าดั้งเดิม

ด้วยความรักและความศรัทธาในภูมิปัญญาของบรรพชน ณัฏฐ์กรได้ทุ่มเทเวลาและพลังกายพลังใจในการศึกษา ค้นคว้า หาไอเดียใหม่ๆพัฒนางานฝีมือท้องถิ่น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นงาน การจักสาน การปั้นดินเผา หรือการแกะสลักไม้ ณัฏฐ์กรได้นำเอาเทคนิคและแนวคิดใหม่ๆ มาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่โดดเด่นและเป็นเอกลักษณ์

His works reflect his dedication to connecting the way of life and wisdom of Lanna people. This includes collaborations with artisans from other cities, such as lamps that blend the styles of Nan's Ngeow lanterns and Chiang Rai's star lanterns, decorated with Chiang Saen patterns and the Chedi of Wat Phra That Chae Haeng, symbols of both Nan and Chiang Rai. Another collaboration involves a base inspired by "Mok Ran" or "Mok Ran Phra Ruang" pottery, topped with woven elements using materials from Ban Huai Hat - Lak Lai in Nan province. These works convey the intention to preserve handicrafts and folk arts, as well as demonstrate the strong bond between Nan and Sukhothai, resulting in crafts that merge the arts of two cities, driven and supported by the Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (DASTA).

ผลงานที่สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของณัฏฐ์กรในการเชื่อมโยงวิถีชีวิตและภูมิปัญญาของชาวล้านนา คือการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานร่วมกับช่างฝีมือจากเมืองอื่น ๆ เช่น โคมไฟที่ผสมผสานรูปแบบของโคมเงี้ยวจากน่านและโคมดาวจากเชียงราย ตกแต่งด้วยลายเชียงแสนและลายเจดีย์วัดพระธาตุแช่แห้ง อันเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของทั้งสองเมือง น่าน กับ เชียงราย หรือการสรางสรรค์ผลงานร่วมกันโดยส่วนฐานของผลงานเป็นเครื่องปั้นดินเผาที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจาก “หมอกรัน” หรือ “หมอกรันพระรวง” โดยสวนบนจะใชทักษะการจักสานมาสานตอดวยวัตถุดิบจากบ้านหวยหาด-หลักลาย จังหวัดน่าน สื่อถึงเจตนารมณ์ในการสืบสานงานหัตถกรรมและศิลปะพื้นบ้าน ตลอดจนแสดงถึงสายสัมพันธ์ที่แนนแฟ้นของทั้งน่าน และ สุโขทัย จึงได้เกิดเป็นงานหัตถกรรมที่ผสานศิลปะของสองเมืองขึ้นมาผ่านการผลักดันและสนับสนุนโดย อพท.

Not only creating his own works but he is also committed to passing on knowledge and experience to the next generation, especially young people. Nattakorn believes that instilling love and pride in their cultural heritage is a crucial foundation for the sustainable development of Nan's society and economy.

เขาไม่ได้หยุดอยู่เพียงการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานของตนเอง หากแต่ยังมุ่งมั่นที่จะถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์ให้แก่คนรุ่นหลัง โดยเฉพาะเยาวชนคนรุ่นใหม่ ณัฏฐ์กรเชื่อมั่นว่า การปลูกฝังความรักและความภาคภูมิใจในมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของตนเอง จะเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของจังหวัดน่านให้ยั่งยืน
